Product availability will be rechecked, after which you will receive a confirmation call-back. At this point, you may reconfirm, modify or cancel your order. Upon reconfirmation, you will receive an SMS and/or email with reference number. Please quote this reference number in any correspondence or to track your order.

After your reconfirmation, your order will be dispatched from Pearls and will normally reach you in 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

As a matter of policy, you must pay the Courier agent prior to receiving and opening the sealed package containing your order.

If you have any concerns or comments upon receipt of your order, please contact us immediately quoting the reference number so we may ensure your satisfaction.

• The Courier agent will not take back the order once the package is opened. If you do not pay or receive the order, it will be returned to Pearls but you may no longer be eligible to shop online with Pearls.
